Urban centers reflect the health of entire regions. From transportation, right-of-way issues and safety programs, to residential development and urban planning, the face of urban centers is changing rapidly. In many communities, Mayors steer the decisions that impact the economy and vibrancy of downtown districts. Join us as we consider examples of vibrant urban centers with a discussion of decisions several western Mayors have made to improve their city centers. Join us as we take a look back over the past twenty years of Downtown Boise’s redevelopment and plan for the future of Downtown Boise.
