DBA Membership |
MembershipDBA members are those businesses that are in the Business Improvement District. The district is generally bounded by 5 th Street on the East, 13 th Street on the West, State Street on the North and Myrtle Street on the South.
All businesses located in the district are subject to an annual assessment from Boise City. The DBA also maintains an active group of Associate members who contribute voluntarily to the DBA. DBA members receive their annual assessment billing from the City of Boise Utility Billing department in January followed by quarterly statements. New businesses within the district are exempt from the assessment from the date of first occupancy until the next billing date prescribed by the legislative authority, which is quarterly.
