The DBA supports a general marketing campaign for downtown Boise. The DBA promotes downtown as a shopping, dining, arts and entertainment destination through designing and distributing the “Enjoy” Map & Directory.

In addition downtown Boise is promoted through an extensive media campaign including print, radio and television.

The DBA produces and manages a comprehensive gift card program aimed at both general public distribution and major employer incentive programs.

The DBA recognizes that events create vibrancy and sense of place. With this in mind, the DBA organizes and markets downtown events to attract people to downtown throughout the year. These events include:

• Alive After Five Summer Concert Series
• First Thursday
• The Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony
• Christmas in the City
• Fall for Boise
• Jazz on the Grove
