Membership
DBA members are those businesses that are in the Business Improvement District. The district is generally bounded by 5 th Street on the East, 13 th Street on the West, State Street on the North and Myrtle Street on the South.

All properties located in the district are subject to an annual assessment from Boise City. The DBA also maintains an active group of Associate members who contribute voluntarily to the DBA.

Annual Meeting
The "State of Downtown" Annual Meeting is generally held April at the Boise Centre and is hosted by the Downtown Boise Association, Capital City Development Corporation and the City of Boise.

Member Forum
An introduction to the services, marketing and events that the DBA provides on behalf of downtown businesses, and an opportunity to meet other downtown business owners and managers. This forum is held quarterly to monthly. Email info@downtownboise.org for the next available date.
Property Owner and Manager Forum
A forum for sharing ideas and addressing concerns related to downtown property owner and management businesses. This forum meets on a quarterly basis.
Metro Conversations
Join us for free coffee and great networking from 8:00 - 9:00 am on the first Friday morning of every month! Metro Conversations is open to all members of the Downtown Boise Association and/or Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. Click here for dates & locations.
